| - The problem with the Home Inspection Industry, is that because there is no government regulation for home inspections in Ontario at this time, it is very hard to find an inspector that you can trust to do a proper, and professional job. This is why we at Canadian Safety Investigators Limited are dedicated to making sure that our inspectors are schooled in all aspects of homes - from century built homes, to brand new homes. All of our inspectors must complete an extensive Home Inspection Course offered by Ontario Trade Academy, and apprentice with an experienced inspector for up to a full year. Remember, "Investigations are one step above Inspections".

- We at C.S.I. Home Inspections, are dedicated to our clients only, to give them the best information on not only their purchase, but also on how to maintain or improve their investment - with a professional, unbiased, and unemotional opinion. All of our clients are able to walk around with the inspector during the inspection to see first hand what the inspector is commenting on, or to ask any questions about specific areas that may be a concern to the client. We then sit down with our client and fill out a comprehensive 14 page report on all of our findings. The report is given to our client in addition to all kinds of information on how to maintain their investment. We at C.S.I. will also keep a copy of the report so that if our client has any questions at any time, they can call to ask for advice.
