    Cancellation Policy * We recognize that things move quickly and change often during the sale or purchase of a home and we maintain as much flexibility as we can with our clients in terms of accepting cancellations. We do require reasonable notice from our clients for cancellations in order that we may reschedule your cancelled appointment with another interested client. If a cancellation within 24 hours of your confirmed appointment occurs, a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply.
