Step One in becoming a knowledgeable Home Inspector!

This course is designed to teach students how to inspect and maintain the home as a system.

Students are taught about the basic functions that a home is to perform. The course explores century old homes, through to newer homes, in order to give our students a wide variety of scenarios present in today's residential market.
