Background - As a graduate of U Of T's Industrial Engineering program, Will started inspecting in the late 70's (about the time Carson teamed with Dunlop) for the world's largest insurance company doing loss prevention inspections of industrial and commerical properties.

While still a student Will gained experience working with his carpenter father on; homes, subdivisions, schools and churches, paying his way through school and paving the way to working on his own,with a stonemason partner as a contractor.  Will continued with inspections as an assistant superintendent on Daniel's projects, doing pre-delivery inspections of sold housing units, and rescheduling trades to remedy the deficiencies.

Will has built and maintained: additions, fireplaces, pools, decks,driveways and reproduction/vintage lighting.
