Instructor and Inspector

Jeremy West has worked around the building industry his entire life including renovations and new home construction. He started young since both his parents have extensive backgrounds in the construction industry. Jeremy holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from Ryerson. While attending school, he financed himself by working for renovation companies. After graduation, he worked for Bell Canada where his work took him into new homes at various stages of construction.

Now Jeremy utilizes his past experiences to help his clients understand their home. He offers up a tremendous amount of advice as part of his regular service. His specialty has become "first time" homebuyers who ask a "multitude of questions".

Jeremy also feels strongly enough about the Home Inspection Industry to instruct at the Ontario Trade Academy.
